Karen is very busy (because she's amazing). Book online and if you really want a massage ASAP, she recommended checking the website booking website a couple times a day to see if a slot opens up. Karen is probably the best masseuse around. The first time I was there she worked parts of my body that have never been worked and they very much needed to be managed.
