I had the pleasure of joining a yoga session on the beach with the lovely instructor, Kathy, during a bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! These are folks that are very well versed in the science and mechanics of a highly effective massage. We have become regulars to April and her entire staff.
Every March I schedule a weekly deep-tissue massage while on Hilton Head to escape Vermont winter. I have never been disappointed. The massage yesterday lengthened my spine, improved my breathing, reduced my tension and generally reset my body and spirit after a period of great stress caregiving for my 97-year-old mother.
I have been a client for over 5 years and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Art of Massage is the only place I go to.
Our daughter, granddaughter, and I had a fantastic experience at The Art of Massage. We started our adventure with a yoga class which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We each then had a facial, followed with a massage. Thank you to Sandra for my fabulous facial, exfoliation, and foot special.
