First time visit, won’t be my last. Jody did a outstanding massage. Had a issue with my shoulder and she worked it out, it’s been a week and still no pain. Treat yourself to a hour or more , it’s sooo worth it. Nothing like being pain free.

Jody makes you instantly feel comfortable and asks detailed questions to ensure she is hitting those places of tight or sore muscles. She was very respectful and kind, her massage was considerate in the sense that she did not overdo it on overtired muscles but also gave relief and release to those overly tight muscles/nerves. Will be booking with Jody again!
