Sooo amazing and awesome
Today I had my first massage with Emily, and it was phenomenal. She listened to my areas of concern, and used massage techniques that helped alleviate the pain/tension. I prefer a lot of pressure, and she maintained that for all 90 minutes of the massage. I HIGHLY recommend Emily! You will leave feeling much more relaxed and pain-free!
I have been going to the Art of Health since 2015. They are phenomenal at what they do and it has been a joy to watch their growth and evolution since being a customer. They have helped me with a variety of issues from TMJ, lumbar/disc herniation issues, plantar fasciitis, and a bunch of others that come with a sedentary lifestyle and getting older. I cannot recommend them enough for the quality of skills combined with human centered care and customer service.
