Unprofessional. If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars. Cacey texted the morning of to cancel my appointment. While I understand things arise, she ghosted me and never returned any messages about rescheduling. This was my first and only interaction with this therapist. Do not waste your time.
Casey is the most unprofessional massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I was a loyal customer for 5 years. Within 5 years she canceled on me at least 70 times. Towards the end she was canceling on me every appointment within hours of the appointment. She did nothing to make things right. Canceling like that constantly within hours of the appointment is unacceptable. I’m not the only person she’s done this to.
