Grand River Hospital referred me to the Armoury for physiotherapy after dislocating my knee. I was paired with Flavia and she was so lovely. Recovery from a dislocated knee is not easy but I'm doing really well now. I was referred here from Grand River after my concussion. Andrew is so patient and understanding. I am not athletic in any way and he really helped me take things slow and helped my recovery so much.
