very nice i got to work with a very nice lady who explained everything to me in laymens terms. she was very honest with me about the interest rates and how this bank may not hold up the rates i wanted in a few months which really helped me in making some serious decisions. she didnt push me at all and told me that i needed to make a decision whenever i was ready which was really nice since none of the loans/banks i had worked with were so caring about my situation.
professional a professional place that will do an outstanding job with all of your banking/mortagate needs. really felt like we were in good hands here and would trust them all the way.
