I had another back massage from Mike today he really does know his stuff. When I leave The Ark I feel very uplifted
Proper Sports Massage with an emphasis on the therapy side of things. At the Ark you don't get a namby pamby skin rub massage. It's rehab. I went with a frozen shoulder. I'd been elsewhere and got the diagnosis. But didn't like that person, so tried Mike at the Ark. Much better. You simply have to like your therapist. And Mike's great. And he knows his stuff. The first session was on the powerful side. Very strong stuff. And not without a fair bit of discomfort. But afterwards... WOW! So much looser. So much more movement. I... read more
Have been coming for massage at The Ark with Mike for over 5 years now. Extremely professional and knowledgeable guy. Still remember how at ease he made me feel when I first went for massage. Always asks if there are any particular problems, and always resolves them. Really earns the Sports and Remedial Massage title. Excellent massage, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I have been to Mike at The Ark a couple of times now. He is very a professional, knowledgeable and experienced Masseur. I don't think I would go any where else now.
