Before doing business with this company, take a look at how it responds when someone tells it no. As a resident of Brookhaven, I watched our young community devolve into periods of pettiness and chaos when this company made frivolous charges against the Mayor and the City Manager. They really threw a whole city under the bus. Now imagine (actually, you can just read the reviews here) how they will likely deal with those with less cultural power than a whole city.

garbage company, don't maintain properties. Tandem properties they use are corrupt. We're flooded as usual due to them not maintaining buildings as agreed, however they find the money to build new ones for more rent.

I'm paying 1650 a month and a bedroom is so hot it's unusable. This has been an issue since February. No I don't want window units to increase my electric bill. Per the lease and tx law YOU are responsible for repairs to the ac THAT CAME WITH THE HOUSE. We were lied to when we were told everything worked. An no, we don't want to move but thanks for asking. Fix the ac PROPERLY. I have been unable to work because of the heat for over two months and I would like to pay my bills. Its going to be over 100 soon and this is not ok.... read more
