Do not work here to where they go thru supervisors more then they do employees. Absolutely no communication with the supervisors neither the director They treat the clients poorly an also the employees and alot of manipulation. AGAIN do not work here please and Thank you
Good luck getting anyone to call you back if you are stuck with them being your provider for speech therapy. Now that Arc has taken over for Theracare, no one calls you back or tells you the status for anything. You are stuck having to call them back just to make sure things are moving along. You also have to get lucky with getting someone on the phone otherwise you get sent to voicemail and you never hear back. This was with already being established with Theracare.
