I loved doing the job itself as a dsp and working with my clients for the 2yrs i worked there. But the management is horrible. They dont provide support or direction needed to properly follow clients plans but reprimand every tiny thing you try to do with no direction or assistance with ideas. They dont give any knowledge/information of or training on how to handle behaviors clients have. I felt harassed and targeted by certain supervisors.
