Today is April 14th 2026. And while standing on the bus stop on green mount and whitrich, the arc cleaning crew came up and all they did was emptied.The trash they didn't sweep the booth.Nor did they sweep the bench.Trash is all around and they did nothing.I asked the supervisor did he need us to move?And he said, no, we were good.I think it's a shame because if it wasn't in a black neighborhood, i'm certain that it would have been cleaned properly 4gk0029 was the tag of the workers that didnt care how they left our busstop
I had a very disappointing experience. From the receptionist who first answered my call to the person I was transferred to, both came across as hostile and impatient. They repeatedly talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. This business clearly needs training in basic phone etiquette and customer service. I will not be recommending them.
