The cashiers are a lot nicer now but the unpredictable & ridiculously long wait times are unacceptable. The process shouldn’t be that slow.
2/24/26 I love going here for my orders. Most of the time employees recognize me, and some even remember details and will ask how I am doing when shopping. It feels like I am truly a part of the Salisbury Apothecarium family there 07/25/26 All the employees are super nice, respectful and professional. I always leave feeling good vibes from everyone
I’ve been giving this place the benefit of the doubt but…. This place just gets worst the more I go. From curbside always being available online and it always being closed IRL… to the inside wait sometimes being up to a hour because of the unorganized environment. Both rec and med combined. And the energy inside from employees… Remember places like this feeling welcoming and energetic but this place just doesn’t have that.

I’m originally from the area but live in CA…I’ve experienced licensed recreational dispensaries in a few states. When I visit my family in Salisbury, I make a detour to The Apothecarium. Try and order ahead of time on their app or website. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, the prices are competitive and the product quality is solid and consistent. I’ll definitely be back next visit.
