I recently spent the last 3 weeks of my mums life with her residing in this home. She was 91 years young & very self sufficient but unfortunately due to the dreaded C word she lost most of her capacity very quickly. The staff in this home were amazing. We didn’t see one member that we could complain about they were caring & compassionate always. Had interview there 27th Friday at 12 noon, they didnt know my name why i was there and what job i there for... they thought i was "Alan the handyman" they had no clue who i was, the women from HR cowardly hid in the kitchen (Hayley) serving food even waved to me said Hi, 2 people who interview me where friendly did there best but have zero knowledge of Admin work and told me this managment a joke and a disgrace (i agree funny enough) i travelled 6 miles across town heavy rain and wind etc with a professional attitude and ha... read more
