Excellent customer service in store, beautiful furniture delivered and placed right where you want it on your home. We have purchased several pieces from this location and couldn't be happier with them.
We love all the furniture we have bought for ourselves and as gifts! These pieces will truly last for our next generation. . What great investment. Saleswoman Jeanne is such a blessing to us as she is the best person to help us every time we enter the store. Our new entertainment center from The Amish Connection arrived today, and it is beautiful!!! We got exactly what we wanted, and it was worth every dollar we paid for it. Daniel at the store helped us with our custom order, and he was so patient and very helpful in answering our many questions. We were so happy to be able to order a piece of furniture that would be made out of real wood, not MDF or a similar substance. Right from the start Jeannie was fabulous. I had bought a coffee table from her 11 years ago so I knew I was in good hands. They called to say my furniture was in about six weeks before I was ready for it because of remodeling, but they said no problem. That’s what I call service! And the delivery people were just as nice. Very professional and took great care in handling and placing the furniture. I’d give the company a 10 if I could!
Tiffany was most helpful with setting up an acceptable delivery date/time. Marco & Ezra were professional, polite, & cautious w/my furniture. They even made certain that my sideboard was balanced with front legs on carpet & back legs on tile. Exceptional experience from ordering day until delivery!
