Terrible customer service they promise you things and don’t live up to them!
While Tonya put in a lot of work while we were going through the loan process, I felt a lot of the transaction was shady. They used scare tactics to protect their business interest (lying and saying to not have any other lender pull our credit because it would affect our credit and our rate) and to try and prevent us from “shopping around” for the best rate for our loan. We're all the way out in Traverse City, but from the Brighton area. Even with the move we knew this was the loan team we wanted to use. The Amine's helped us and walked us through the process with diligence and care. We were able to lock in a rate early and hold it while the chaotic market was quickly rising.
