I'm fat
The VA says your attitude is "Once a pre-diabetic, always a Diabetic." Is such pessimistic talk true? I cut out all sugar, candy sodas, oj sugar added. Went on PBS tv nutritionist book "Fast Metabolism" for 18 months. Read every food label , 4g of sugar is almost a teaspoon, much more informative measurement. Neuropathy tingle in left finger tip went away. A1C dropped dramatically.
