I brought my bike into them to be serviced and get a tune-up. It had been in storage for about 3 years. Everything was dirty including the tires, and some of my cables were showing rust. I paid $85 and I’m pretty sure all they did was clean/grease my chain. The bike was still otherwise dirty from storage, mud still on the tires, cables still rusty and the battery on my mileage counter/speedometer was still dead. Checked them out for the first time this weekend. They're definitely a lot bigger on the inside than they appeared from the road. I dropped off my bike along with my wife's to have them serviced for this spring. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the amount of inventory also. I thought their prices for service work were reasonable as well. I got a call today and as promised my bicycles are ready for pickup. The employees here work hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. When there was some confusion about some products I had ordered, they made sure that I had the right product and put in extra effort to make up for the delay (which wasn't entirely the fault of the store). A fantastic local business!
I love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to what you are wanting/needing then make recommendations based upon that, not what they want to sell.
