Attorney Almaguer needs a prescription for soft-skills; Her lack of effective customer-client etiquette relations is beyond awful and amateurish. Her tone of voice & pompous attitude further adds to the misery of dealing with her. She talks down to clients as if we are experts when we are paying her to service us in the community!
