First of all, when I first called, he gave me honest advise without hounding me for money. I waited 4 months until I was able to be eligible for him to take on my case, this was because of his honesty and took time out to give me smart advice. The staff at that office was very friendly and helped me through my process. I've always had my doubts about lawyers, but Mr. Allen really went above and beyond to complete my case. Thank you very much !!! If you need a honest and great lawyer, I would recommend this law firm 100%.
Mr. Allen had horrible customer service. He asked for all of my papaer work and told me when to call him. I called several times and spoke to his assistant each time. However he never called me back. I even emailed him but no response. Very unprofessional.
