Four years ago and two years before my dad passed who had a traumatic brain energy and was dying of cancer we went to Mr. Allen to have will and power of attorney drawn up. I went to original appt with my father. I was living in NC at the time and called Mr. Allen to make sure everything was done and dad had all the paperwork he needed. He was very snarky like it was none of my business when I was power of attorney. Did not tell us other options I found out later would have been easier.
