Sadly, Albin does not keep his word despite multiple times being forgiven and opportunity to improve or try again. He often states he will have things done but cannot and does not commit to his own timelines, over and over again. Often I've been told things are "done" but provides no evidence of this whatsoever. A year after last year's taxes were due, and I'm still dealing with Matt's habitual dishonesty.
