Very rude! I called on a important matter and the lady put me on hold after being on hold then comes back and asks if I’m still there and after I say yes ma’am hangs up on me she was very rude will not contact this place again!

NEVER go here, don't waste your time. They are lazy, slow, rude and racist, people that WILL humiliate you in front of all the people in the room if they please. Worst employees and will take my experience to a court.
They need to hire better staff how you gonna do a rotation when people have an appointment? You need more than one person working the handle a building full of people and the worker is so rude.
