I was told that an extension would be filed so I would not be charged for taxes being completed after the deadline. The extension was never put in. I left the paperwork at their office and was told that someone would reach out to me. It’s been a month of no contact. The amount on my state taxes was also incorrect.
Been using this place since 2022 and they never disappoint. Very proactive, consistent and genuine. Communication is key and they keep you informed the whole way. Best pricing I’ve seen and the work is quality. Thank you!
