They "helped" me with a modification to my parenting plan and were awful. They kept sending me things with mistakes and I kept having to have them revise it. They eventually got it "right" but then didn't send me the final paperwork where they never included child support would be retroactive from when my child came to live with me. Instead, I get no child support for the first three months because they dated the child support for the future. I have since called them several times and they never answer the phone.
I called the law firm to schedule an appointment, but they informed me that the earliest they could speak to me was 10 days out. After 10 long days, I waited patiently for the scheduled call, which unfortunately never arrived. When I finally called to inquire about the status, I was informed that the attorney was running behind schedule and suggested rescheduling.
