Briana was super and very compassionate. Since she is no longer there, the guy that took over her cases is condescending and not empathetic at all. He treated me like my injuries were my own fault and dropped my case. I wish I could give this new guy a -5 rating.
They have an amazing team working here, I highly recommend!
