I had the pleasure of working with Elvis, Simon, Donald, and Pedro as the project manager overseeing my office's relocation project a few years ago. The team was great and successfully completed the move a few days ahead of schedule! Everything was securely wrapped and packed, nothing was lost or damaged in transit, and the team followed direction very well. Highly recommend this company and their movers!
Don’t give them your number, they’ll harass you all day with voicemails and now texts instead of letting you call them at your convenience. If someone has to move do you think they’ll forget about calling to move their stuff? When confronted about it Jenna was very rude as seen in these texts. I asked to rent an entire semi so why would they need to see my things and how many there are? I’ll work with a more efficient company.
Had a great delivery experience with German, Donald and Daren in NYC. Brought my stuff from storage and showed up on time, had no issues with finding my address and were super friendly! German went through each item inventoried to make sure I received everything and genuinely cared about my belongings. Made sure not to stack heavy boxes so I didn’t hurt myself and even fixed a piece of furniture that was damaged during shipping (different moving company freighted my items from CA to NYC). Overall was smooth and seamless!
STEVIE WONDER COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB PACKING. This company didn't even try...the worst!!!
