I had the worst experience twice in the same afternoon. I came into the store and stood there for a few moments, deciding if I wanted to walk up the steps. I'm in chemotherapy, so my energy is easily drained. An employee came down the steps, never spoke, and stood in front of the doorway, staring at me. I was the only person in the space, so there was no mistake about her intentions. I left because who needs to deal with that?
