I have called in everyday for 2 weeks and left several messages trying to get Micah Atkins to give me a call back as I was referred to him by another attorney. I have not once received a call back. Everyday I call in and am told I’ll have someone call you back and then they don’t. Horrible customer service and follow through! Don’t waste your time- reach out to another firm.
If you’re looking for a lawyer who has the backbone to fight for you, then look no further (Micah) and his team did an Incredible job representing my husband case. I’m in Ohio and I found Attorney Adkins through a google search for cases similar to mine. My case was for being terminated because of a background report with inaccurate information. Background reports are governed by the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act.).
