When our insurance company denied our claim for roof damage and mold after a storm, we were very upset. After paying insurance premiums for forty years we thought the company would honor our policy. We hired Ken Shriberg to handle our dispute with the insurance company. He came to our home and took tons of photos and drone footage of the roof and exterior.
