I had two appointments with Ada and I am amazed at how much better I am feeling already. She is very professional and knowledgeable and provides a very individualized plan where she makes you feel very comfortable and well looked after. She will take the time to listen and help you with your goals.
Ada has been incredible helping me with my transition into motherhood and guiding me through early pregnancy. I will be back closer to my due date. Ada has a huge range of skills and is excellent at what she does. Highly recommend!!!
Ada offers very thorough, warm and welcoming support. There is a lot of clear feedback so you know the process involved. I have received a session of NLP which was such a powerful experience which brought about useful insights and also was immensely calming being guided through a visualisation experience connecting with different parts of myself
