Acupuncture helped me so much with labor progression and insomnia in my 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Ashley is professional, has so much experience, and is so kind.
Ashley has helped me immensely with controlling my endometriosis pain. Debilitating pain of 7s and 8s on a pain scale used to be a cyclical constant. I now have 5 or 6 different strategies to use at the onset of pain that alleviate it all together and keep my pain overall from going above a 4. She is also just a wonderful person to be around.
