I'm very happy I found Tara. I had some unexplained lower back pain I couldn't get taken care of and she was able to really help pinpoint the cause and get it worked out. She doesn't only use needles but a variety of methods I had never even realized were possible or part of acupuncture. I thought the use of lasers were amazing. If you've been struggling with something and traditional medicine hasn't helped, I would highly recommend talking with Tara to get to the root of your problems!
I have used Tara for myself as well as my teenage son. Her ability to find the root cause of issues is amazing, helping us remedy issues with sleep and skin irritations. I am grateful for Tara's immense knowledge and understanding of how to allow the body to heal itself naturally. She is wonderful and definitely worth seeing!!!
I've seen Tara for numerous ailments over the years - everything from insomnia to g.i. issues. She's simply the best. Usually in 1-2 treatments she's completely resolved the issue. Her office is literally across the metro from where I live but she's THAT good that I'm willing to travel to see her. Also, I don't love needles, but Tara has such a gentle touch that I've never once been uncomfortable. Highly recommend!
I went to Tara to see if acupuncture really would help with hot flashes. Ladies - it does when you go see Tara! I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. She really listens. I would highly recommend her if you are struggling with hormonal imbalances and need to get back on track!
I have worked with acupuncturists in the past, but never someone who has impacted my health so profoundly. From helping me manage hormones, to weight loss, to learning to eat for my body to feel healthy, to reduced stress and better sleep... I am so grateful for the changes Tara has helped me make.
