The Ackerly at Reed's Crossing is a new, fancy senior living or assisted living place. It's in a developing area with lots of new stores and shops nearby. You can walk to them, and there's an urgent care right next door. The buildings look great, and the vibe is really nice. This could be a good spot for your senior loved one, or if you're a senior, it might be worth checking out.

I am a family friend of a resident living in this facility in the memory care unit, it was my very first time visiting this facility because I do live out of state, although I’ve never visited before this first time that I did was very alarming and concerning for the staff members, I arrived at the facility and was escorted back to memory care, I was told that if I needed help getting to the room I was going to I could ask one of the care staff, I entered the med chart room to ask for directions and witnessed a young man wit... read more

Please stop and take a moment to read this review throughly. This place has many nice qualities but please prepare yourself for the lack of follow through in the health and wellness department. Many of the caregiver and med tech have been there for sometime are slowly leaving due to management issues that have arisen. I have witnessed management in their memory care treat the staff disrespectfully and the staff are suppose to just go about their day afterwards. Please don't move your family in here Nurse Brenda is impossible to reach, even when it comes to updates about mom, when asking the manager Johanna if she had any updates about my mom she stared at me for about 5 minutes looking clueless and had to ask one of the caregivers for help.
