Do not recommend. Never had to pay taxes as long as I have filed. Did a horrible job explaining the reason. Went to my HR person, they were taking taxes. Now I owe. Will never be going back. Stay away from this company!

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Extremely high fee’s for a simple tax filing, we were “rushed” when dropping off the tax documents, which no one communicated at the time of our scheduling we wouldn’t be sitting there and reviewing our filing with them and it was a “drop” off style. Ironically my husband and I paid over $300 for our taxes to be filed, and my husband caught a mistake that could have led us to miss a refund from city taxes. I wish you the best, but we won’t be returning.
