As we approach the end of the financial year, I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Iqmal from Access Group Software. He provided outstanding customer service—always responsive, patient, and highly knowledgeable.
Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I have never been surprised at how bad service could be until now. Seems that there is only one person who answers the phone who for some reason laughs after saying anything - nothing against the person but management shouldn't have someone who does a little laugh when I'm trying to describe how frustrated I am with how poorly I am being serviced. Terrible support with Fasttrack360. I logged a support call with reference number 50903168 on the 5 Jan 2023 and today on the 1 Dec 2023 they said they finally resolved it. The ticket has been open for 11 months to the point we cancelled our contract and went with another provider.
