I ordered a bed frame in January for over $4,000, advertised as Australian-made. The delivery timeframe is three weeks, and I’m currently at the two-week mark. We recently purchased a bed from The Acacia Tree, after doing a bit of research into varied options. We purchased the Citrine bed frame in a king sized. The experience was seamless - communication was clear, estimated times were on the website. Then they were able to bring it forward, but checked in first prior to organising delivery. The one star rating has nothing to do with the products we purchased. They are pretty much as we expected and represent reasonable value-for-money in today's market. The rating is entirely related to Acacia Tree's poor service. It took more than 5 months with repeated follow-up by us to finally receive our order. During this process a number of our calls were diverted to an offshore call centre which was entirely ineffectual.
