Was told "at capacity" by Perth office. Don't bother. Another failure of indigenous services. Where else do we turn to?
Very poor service - after booking to speak with a lawyer which I wait over 2 weeks for, I was never contacted. I contacted the firm and to see why and the lawyer tells me that he won't help with my case with absolutely no explanation as to why. Considering my case is urgent, it find this firm completely unprofessional as they didn't have to decency to let me know that 1. They can't handle my case and 2. Why they can't. I got niether of those just a booking that was then cancelled without informing me. Poor service.
