The delivery and assembling was all on time they were so professional.
The service at the Bundall store at point of sale was great. Delivery was on time. We had a small issue with the lounge as a result of packaging, but the service team were out within 2 business days and fixed it on site. Thanks team
Since our first visit in this shop, we were always greating with big smiles from the guys who work there! We bought a beautiful sofa that was delivery early next day, I couldn't believe that, way better than big funiture's shop that takes few weeks to delivery to you! We had few concerns about the sofa when we opened the boxes but prompty the guys from the shop came to our house in the same day and sort it out for us, even better, and still, with big smiles!!!
