Went there at 445pm on a Friday because they advertised as being open for business. Doors were closed NO employees present and the lights were off. What a waste of time. I will continue shopping at URBAN TACTICAL.
I love this store. Great customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The boots I bought from there are very comfortable. I originally got the regular size boots but had to exchange to a wide. Once I got the wide version it was like stepping on clouds. This will help me while at work for sure. Thanks 870 team for all the help!
I visited this tactical store to buy gloves and boots, and the experience was excellent. Mark assisted me throughout my visit, and he was incredible very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He guided me to the right products, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find such attentive customer service these days. I highly recommend this store, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
