Beautiful place. But the staff especially dietary is horrible, food is nasty and the place is not clean who ever in charge need to be replaced, I was looking for a place for a friend definitely not here.
Labor Day holiday- barbecue from 12-2 and no dinner? Really? What’s wrong with 3-5? And Monday , Labor Day, no dinner at all? Def not getting what you pay for
Excellent responsive staff
Clean, friendly staff
No one was at the front desk yesterday when we arrived or when we departed. We checked in ourselves and manage to navigate sections of the first floor without seeing any staff. I’m sure it was coincidental, but it still gave pause. We did encounter several other staff on another floor while visiting family and all were friendly and helpful. We’ve visited the restaurant several times in the past and the food is very good. Our family who lives at 501at Mattison are very happy with the food and living there as well.
