Posting this because of a really odd and disorganized interview process i entered here. Firstly, they had me drive to the location to just simply be asked if I had any questions or if I'vebeen there before. I mean, normally, when you interview someone, the interviewer asks the questions. The interview could've easily been done over the phone or a video call. Completely unnecessary waste of time. Sharing from the perspective of an employee. My daughter was hired as a server at the 501, and the process turned out to be a six-month nightmare. The staff is horribly disorganized, and the communication is nonexistent. Given that a facility is only as good as its management team, I wager that this facility is poorly run on all levels. I'd look at ACTs retirement down the street.
