No one was at the front desk yesterday when we arrived or when we departed. We checked in ourselves and manage to navigate sections of the first floor without seeing any staff. I’m sure it was coincidental, but it still gave pause. We did encounter several other staff on another floor while visiting family and all were friendly and helpful. We’ve visited the restaurant several times in the past and the food is very good. Our family who lives at 501at Mattison are very happy with the food and living there as well.
I found your staff members to be very welcoming and attentive to the residents.
Posting this because of a really odd and disorganized interview process i entered here. Firstly, they had me drive to the location to just simply be asked if I had any questions or if I'vebeen there before. I mean, normally, when you interview someone, the interviewer asks the questions. The interview could've easily been done over the phone or a video call. Completely unnecessary waste of time.
