Super convenient location, kind folks, and easy access. Security seems to be great, too. Never had a single issue in years.
Our business has been a tenant at the 47 for a number of years. It is a beautiful facility with responsive and respectful landlords. Thank you Mark and Terence for working with us and our unique use of the space!

We highly recommend The 47 as the best option in town for storing your wine. I love the facility, the location and definitely the crew. My wife has pretty high standards (which leaves me mystified how she married me) and she absolutely loves this place - especially Terence and Mark. We're resting easy knowing the wine we've spent years collecting is secure and being properly cared for. Highly recommend!
Terence and The 47 have been great. I spend a lot of time overseas and they have always accommodate me and help out a lot while I was away. Good to know the wine was in good hands. Thanks.
