Months to fix an email issue that they caused, I called 6 times and left multiple voice messages and emails and finally they got it fixed, just had to wipe my whole account to do it. Such a delay and waste of my time.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The absolute worst IT service provider. I own a small law firm and they have been completely non responsive to my requests for MS credentials so that I can wrap up my firm as I am retiring. They do not an asset emails or their phone. After several voicemails left you might receive a call back. Even before this issue every call to the help desk required that the call be passed on several times before someone competent was reached. One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff. And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.
