I recently had my first professional bike fit and brought my own bike to the shop. Heath was very friendly and we spent about 30 minutes making several adjustments to ensure my bike was properly set up for my body. The difference was noticeable—over 7cm of adjustment—and I felt a lot more comfortable riding afterwards. Heath and his team are the upmost kindest, and most helpful people I’ve been to for everything bikes in Toronto. From reciving a bike, service, retail, and bike fit, it’s as good as it gets. Just go to the 11
I bought my 2nd bike from The 11 bike shop and had a great experience. Heath, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Paul at the cashier was friendly and efficient. Their after-sales support was excellent, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!
