Due to a clerical error on the part of this office when filing for my card with Florida Health I was denied my card after paying $250 between them and FH. They did not own up to the error and blamed it on me. Be careful!
The building’s owner is HORRIBLE!! Older smiling lady who just doesn’t seem to mind changing people’s scheduled appointments nor does she care about business coming back. Then persists to say an “automatic response email was sent”. By who? A third party scheduler system….So the scheduler(the building owner) doesn’t verify nor confirm appointment dates with patients. Taking a day off from work to make the appointment is CAUTIONED!
There are far better doctors in the area that are less expensive, and if you end up using this guy, make sure you don't plan on going anywhere else, because he'll yank your card out of spite, and you'll be left totally screwed until your new doctor gets your application approved.
