I took my phone in to A1 having dropped it and damaged the camera. I was assured it could be fixed and took it away whilst I waited for the part to be delivered. Once they had it, I took it in and left it with them, an hour later I got a phone call telling me it was fixed, and it was. Excellent repair and a very reasonable price compared to a new phone. After a bad fall I shattered my phone screen and was unable to sort out 2FA for my work from home job. I dropped my phone off here and the guy behind the counter called his supplier immediately, got a new phone screen sorted, and had it working again like new first thing in the morning. Outstanding service, lovely staff, and reasonable prices; I hope I won't need to use them again anytime soon but if I do I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back.
Simply fantastic service. John was careful, caring, skillful and efficient. He upgraded my laptop, which was a very tricky, bur kept me informed throughout, and charged way too little at the end of the process. I cannot recommend John and A1 Tech highly enough. Thank you.
Took my tablet in because the screen was coming out of the frame. They looked at it while I was there. The battery had blown. They ordered a new one. Service was great and timely. Easy to talk to. Highly recomnend. Paul Rainhill
