Very impressed with the service we received today when looking for a sofa bed. We were greeted by a lovely staff member who was chatting to us about what we were looking for, showed us the options and how the y worked. Offered discount and free delivery if we ordered today. Joyce her name was and very nice to us not pushy at all. Joyce left us to chat, we decided to get the sofa bed. What a difference it makes when staff listen and happy to help.
