If I could give zero stars I would. My first time coming here I didn’t have any issues, refund was filled same day and I got my return back fast. My second time returning this year my appointment was towards the end of January…. quality of service is dropping more and more each year unfortunately. great people here but boy its impossible to call them or email them your calls go ignored your emails go un answered and your stuck for weeks wondering if he even filed your taxes just to call the irs and find out that he didn't i cant recommend this company anymore unfortunately my family are also having a lot of difficulty trying to file with this company i feel embarrassed as i recommended over 12 people to file here and they all call and text me asking... read more
