I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this branch left me extremely disappointed. I was charged NSF fees even though my account history showed I never went into a negative balance. I asked the branch to review the fees, and Felicia told me that she and her supervisors had decided not to reverse them. I then called Vectra’s 1-800 customer service line, and within minutes they reviewed my account and reversed one of the fees. Hands down best person to person service in town, I recommend this branch to all my family and friends because these ladies friendly to all and once they see your face a couple times you are in like family! Thanks girls you are the best!!
