The owner, Jamelle, is very kind, patient, and helpful. They have a large table you can bring projects to sit and work on in the shop. There are usually other's there knitting or getting help. Jamelle has even held my baby for me while helping me with a project. Overall, That Yarn Store is a great shop for materials, classes, and help.
