Do not hesitate to order online if you are an isolated crocheter (or knitter) like me. I treated myself to 4 x Heirloom Cosy Comfort 8ply, which is wool, silk and alpaca. Arrived by post very promptly, in a very handy organza bag, and a lovely handwritten note. Not just shoved in a plastic bag, with a weekly post office run. They definitely deserve 5 stars from me.
I love everything about That Yarn Place from the classes, the yarn groups and the selection of yarns to purchase. It is the only yarn store I need in my life.
As a beginner knitter, I couldn't have asked for better service. Deb is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service. She even contacted me after I placed my order to advice an item was out of stock and offered a replacement. Her advice on my products ordered and that personal touch made such a difference and gave me confidence that I was getting exactly what I needed.
